This 3-bedroom home along the sound has everything you need for a quiet family vacation so you can rest and recharge. The screened-in porch on the main floor is the perfect spot to kick back and take in the incredible views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Day or night, rain or shine, this is the place to be! Inside on the main floor is the cozy living room, fully-stocked kitchen, dining area as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the top floor, this gem features a second living space, a primary bathroom with en suite bathroom and a great sun deck overlooking the sound. The sunsets from here are incredible! Be sure to take advantage of the Channelbend neighborhood and use the community day dock and beach access with your family. Getting to the beach is easy, so plan on lots of fun in the sun, surf and sand!
