Welcome to your stunning 3,142 sq ft getaway, built in 2021 and designed for large gatherings. Comfortably sleeping up to 26 guests, this home is perfect for reunions, retreats, and group vacations. Enjoy heat, A/C, and a cozy indoor propane fireplace for year-round comfort. Streaming is available on the TVs—just log in with your own credentials.
IDEAL BEACH ACCESS
Enjoy exclusive access to Ideal Beach with the provided guest access card. (Please note: a $200 fee applies for lost passes.)
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen includes a drip coffee maker (please bring your own filters), air fryer, hand mixer, griddle, crock pot, and gas grill—perfect for cooking for a crowd. Gather easily in the spacious dining and living areas.

Enjoy the perfect balance of quiet relaxation and easy access to everything the area has to offer!

Plenty of space for vehicles and trailers—parking for approximately 20 vehicles.

-No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises. Violation of this house rule will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any extra cleaning fees required to remove smoke odors or residue.

-Unregistered guests or visitors are also not permitted
