Cabaña El Tilo - Getaway with a view of Ranco Lake

Cabaña El Tilo is located on the Illahuape Peninsula on Lake Ranco, a remote spot in the far south surrounded by nature and unique landscapes.
It’s a family-friendly, quiet, and safe environment. Our home is on the same property, which allows us to be available to assist with any needs, while always respecting our guests’ privacy.
It’s an ideal place to relax, disconnect from the pace of city life, and enjoy a rural tourism experience, taking in the fresh air and country life characteristic of southern Chile. We’re in a rural area, so we have two access routes from the paved road:
• Access 1: The shortest route (2.8 km), with steep inclines. In winter, it’s best suited for 4x4 vehicles or taller vehicles. Approximate travel time: 8 minutes.
• Route 2: Circling the peninsula, this is an 18-km stretch of gravel road that is flatter and wider, suitable for all types of vehicles. Approximate travel time: 25 minutes.
Both routes allow for easy access; we simply recommend choosing the best option based on your vehicle type and the time of year.
