➤ All building amenities like pools, hot tubs, gym, game room, and kids' playground are open and available to Airbnb guests. Pool/Jacuzzi are both open from 7 am and closes at 6 pm.
➤ We provide 10 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor, or we can provide an extra set for $10 per towel.
➤ One assigned parking spot. Please note that although there is one parking spot, parking in the garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans; anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.

Brickell is perfect for travelers looking for a modern, upscale Miami experience with everything close by whether you're here for business, nightlife, or a sunny getaway.
Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee.
➤ Two physical fobs will be provided for your stay.
➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.
➤ Please note that for one-night stays there is an extra charge of USD 50 to register you at the front desk. For all other stays, we cover this charge so it is complimentary for you.
➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short-term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, the name of the lead traveler, and that the guests will follow the building rules
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ Packages and mail :
The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.

I will be your personal concierge for your stay. When needed we can come in person. If you have any questions, you’re lost, or just need some great recommendations, I’ll be there for you around the clock.
