About this house rental
Summary:
Four bedrooms, a pool, a fire pit with seating around it and an indoor fireplace — a house that works as well in December as in July.
The game room is a converted garage, so it is a proper room rather than a corner with a table in it. The kitchen opens to a dining area big enough for everyone to sit down at once, which is the part guests booking a family holiday actually ask about.
Quiet DeSoto street, fifteen miles from downtown Dallas.
The Space:
The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows:
Primary Bedroom: King Bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Bed
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: Full Bathroom (Primary Bedroom Ensuite)
Bathroom 2: Full Bathroom
Additional Spaces:
Game Room (Garage Conversion)
Gathering & Dining
The kitchen and dining area run together, with room for a full-size table, so a group eats in one sitting rather than in shifts. Everything you need to cook a full meal is here — pots, pans, bakeware, serving dishes and place settings. With the indoor fireplace in the living room and the fire pit out back, this is a house that holds a long evening well once the weather turns.
Guest Access:
The whole house is yours, including the pool, the backyard, the fire pit area and the game room.
Check-in is keyless and on your own schedule. The day before you arrive you will get a message with the code and directions.
