Welcome to this 100 m² holiday home combining charm and comfort located in Forcalquier, in the heart of Provence!
You can fully enjoy the swimming pool, the terrace and the garden without vis-à-vis in this wooded setting.
Spacious and perfectly equipped, it is ideal for families or groups of friends in search of nature and authenticity.
Composition: 1 entrance hall with bench and storage cupboard; 1 equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine); 1 dining area for 8 people; 1 living room with 1 sofa, 1 bench that can be converted into a bed for 2 people (160X200), TV and board games; 1 separate toilet; 1 bathroom with shower, 1 vanity unit, bench and washing machine; 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 double bed 140) with wardrobe cupboard (10 hangers) + shelves; 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 single beds 90) with wardrobe cupboard (10 hangers) + shelves; 1 bedroom for 4 people (1 double bed 140 + 1 bunk bed for 2 children or adults 90X200) with wardrobe cupboard (20 hangers) + shelves; 1 laundry room with vacuum cleaner, broom, shovel + brush, bucket, Spanish mop, cleaning products, ironing board and iron; 1 large terrace with table for 8 people and folding chairs; garden with barbecue under cover.

Private shaded parking.
Large house separated into 2 parts (upper part and lower part).
The upper part will be allocated to you (We occupy the lower part as owners. We are a quiet family of 4 people).
Entrances and exteriors (=garden and parking) completely independent. You will enjoy your holidays in peace in your dedicated space.
Pool area shared with the owners only (no other tenants) We will obviously not disturb you in your moments of relaxation and leisure when you occupy this space.
The pool area is open seasonally depending on the temperatures, from June to September.
A pair of towels provided per person as well as sheets.
Cat friendly educated pets accepted except in the pool area (please note that the land is not fenced)
