We are offering an apartment here for the upcoming summer season.
The apartment is located in an 8-unit building on the island of Pag, in the village of Smokvica.
The building is *50 meters from the beach*. It takes about 40 minutes by car to reach the larger city of Zadar.
*Minimum stay:* 1 week (7 days)
Early season 04/01 - 30.06.2026 - 85 €/day (7 days - 595 €)
High season 01.07 - 31.08.2026 - 95 €/day (7 days - 665 €)
Low season 01.09 - 31.10.2026 - 75 €/day (7 days - 595 €)
Prices may be adjusted for longer stays.
*Cleaning fee:* Flat rate of 50€ per stay

This small village has a total of 20 residents but is located right on the sea, in the south of the island of Pag.
There are no shopping options in the village. In the nearest town (approx. 3 km away), there is a small corner store. There are larger shopping centers in the town of Pag (approx. 20 km).
There is a beach bar on the beach.
