Located just 200 m from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Prerow, a Baltic Sea resort on the northern shore of Darss. The western beach is within walking distance and ranks among Europe's most beautiful beaches.



2 shared parking spaces are available onsite. 1 pet is permitted. Events are not allowed on the property. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. The property is best accessed by car as the access road is unpaved. Activities in the area include cycling, swimming, horseback riding, and painting courses.
