The Royal Wulff is a custom designed, flexible tiny home locally crafted in Livingston, Montana, designed for guests who want smart use of space and added sleeping capacity. While it shares the same high-quality finishes and thoughtful details as our other tiny home, its layout is entirely different—prioritizing versatility and function within a compact footprint.
Inside, the cabin features a bright, efficiently designed living space with built-in storage and a fully stocked kitchen. High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV make it easy to relax and stream your favorite shows at the end of the day.
The sleeping loft is accessed by stairs and, like most tiny home lofts, is intentionally compact with low clearance. In addition to the loft, the Royal Wulff includes a bonus “room” with a queen-size bed that retracts into the ceiling. During the day, the space functions as a comfortable lounge or dining area, and at night it easily transforms into a private, comfortable bedroom—allowing the unit to sleep up to four guests.
Outside, a private deck offers expansive views of the Absaroka-Beartooth Mountains, providing a perfect spot for morning coffee, fresh mountain air, or a quiet evening outdoors.

We stayed at the Royal Wulff on a spring road trip visiting our daughter in Montana and it was easily the highlight of our trip. We stayed one night and wished we had booked longer. The setting is just beautiful. Waking up to sunrise over the valley with coffee (they really thought of everything) and then seeing the stars come out at night from the bedroom!!! made it feel really special.
The tiny home itself was wonderfully comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed and all the amenities of a standard hotel. Check in can be tricky when you book online but this was a breeze. We especially appreciated the two very comfortable beds- so good we looked up the mattress company for future reference! The whole place felt peaceful and tucked into the landscape in the best way.
The location is idealic. We debated staying at Pine Creek, but much preferred this. Close enough to be home in a few minutes but away from late night music/drunk campers. Being within walking distance of excellent rainbow trout fishing on the river is a dream setup if you enjoy the outdoors (my husband caught 4!). Between the scenery, the quiet, and the location, this was our favorite stop of the trip and somewhere we’d gladly return to. Thank you Natalie and EJ!
