With 79 m² of space, Scandinavian charm and cozy comfort come together to create a vacation home for up to 8 people. The Baltic Sea beach is right nearby—and your two dogs are also welcome.

Large windows let plenty of natural light into the house and create a welcoming atmosphere. In the open-concept living and kitchen area, you can cook together, eat at the large table, and then spend the evening on the sofa. When it gets cooler outside, the wood-burning stove ensures cozy evenings. For a movie or music night, a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio are available.

The three bedrooms are located next to each other: two are furnished with double beds, and one with two single beds. The additional alcove features another double bed—a cozy retreat that’s especially popular with children and teenagers. A crib and a high chair are available for the youngest guests.

From the living area, you have direct access to the partially covered terrace. Enjoy your first coffee of the day there, gather around the garden table in the evening, or make yourself comfortable on one of the two lounge chairs.

After a day at the beach, the private sauna offers soothing relaxation; it’s accessible from the larger bathroom. Both bathrooms feature underfloor heating. A washer-dryer combo and the fully equipped kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker—make your stay pleasantly hassle-free.


Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can enjoy soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at every vacation home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amidst the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space—with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m²—for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend.
