Enjoy a spacious open-concept living area, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.

Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Garage is off limits to guests. NO street parking. Additional parking is located in lot outside of gate.
Snowbird-friendly: Monthly winter stays (Nov–Feb) available — contact for details.
Located just 1 mile from Pier Park and steps from local dining in a secure, gated community.
Security camera: Ring Doorbell located at the entrance for security, additional exterior cameras are located at the front door and back door. Security alarm key pad is located inside the house. Garage is not available for use to guests.
