This beautiful home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are 3 beds in total - one king bed, one queen bed, and one sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. The living room flows together with the dining room and the living room has a pull out bed to accommodate guests. An air mattress may be requested for a small fee. The home comes equipped with a washer and dryer. Air fryer, deep fryer, and toaster are available for your use. Huge fenced in backyard with kids playset, grill, and covered seating area. We are tucked into a residential area of west Jacksonville. 25 minutes from the Jacksonville International Airport, 15 min from Naval Air Base, 10 minutes from downtown.
Jacksonville is largely a driving city, and we recommend bringing your own vehicle or any ride sharing apps.
Please notify if any additional guests will be staying.
$20 per person per day for additional guests not in the reservation.
No smoking inside the home, $500 fine for those who do.
$25 per night pet fee, subject to approval.
$300 fee for undisclosed pets.
* Restrictions: Rottweiler, doberman pinscher, pit bull terrier, staffordshire terrier, chow, presa canarias, akita, alaskan malamute, labs & huskies, wolf hyrbid or any mix thereof.

It’s a nice property for the price and it has a nice fenced yard for dogs. I would consider staying here again. Not much around it from a restaurant standpoint and very limited interaction with the owner.
