About this house rental
Come and relax in this charming house with a bucolic forest overlook. The freshly renovated accommodation this winter is fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the second line in the housing development closest to the ocean (8km), you will benefit from a privileged location while being quiet and surrounded by forest.
The indoor and outdoor spaces are spacious and harmonious, promoting relaxation and conviviality.PGJyPgPGJyPg
The house is 100m², divided into spacious and charming living rooms.
The accommodations are fully equipped and renovated since this winter.
The bedrooms are 16m² each with built-in wardrobe. Each bedroom has its queen size bed and its French window overlooking the garden.
The main living room consists of a kitchen open to the dining/living area with a south-facing bay window overlooking the garden and the forest.
You will find in the 1000m² garden different spaces for relaxation and conviviality: terrace with garden furniture, covered terrace with dining area and summer kitchen (plancha), as well as natural areas allowing you to settle down easily with 4 deckchairs available.
I will welcome you on your arrival and I will also be there when you leave.
I will also be in the town during the period and can be reached by phone at any time.
Festivities are tolerated within reason for the neighborhood (far away but still present).
Sheets, towels, bath mats, dishcloths will be provided to lighten your minds and your luggage.
Pets are not allowed (except possibly small), a cat already living on the grounds.
A smart TV, games and books are freely available, to leave as well as find.
Fiber is installed and allows you to benefit from a quality WIFI network.
There is also an office available.
The accommodations are located on the route of the cycle path leading directly to the ocean and the region's cycle route for cycling enthusiasts.
There is also a petanque court available in front of the house.
A small rustic outbuilding is also available to add a 140/ bed with kitchen and private living room (contact me for more information).
