Ground floor and first floor bedrooms allow full flexibility. Guests enjoy a peaceful atmosphere throughout the home, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Built in 1904 this large stone-built house is packed with original features and includes ample living space and a mature garden full of specimen plants. Plenty of living space for really getting together with friends and family or just finding a quiet nook. Whether you’re gathering in the living areas or resting in the spacious bedrooms, this enchanting home invites you to relax and recharge. St Austell is ideally placed to explore the best that Cornwall has to offer. The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Helegan, the beach and famous historic Charlestown (filming location for Poldark, amongst others) are just minutes away. Ten minutes more are Fowey’s hidden harbour, Trelissic Garden and a whole host of picturesque villages and local restaurants to explore. A thirty minute drive will take you to Perranporth, Newquay’s Fistral Beach or Bodmin Moor. There is onsite parking for multiple cars down the traditionally narrow driveway. St Austell Station is just a ten minute walk away and has regular fast trains from London so your holiday could start as soon as you board a train. Bring bikes to explore the area and make more space for indulging in the sea-food restaurants and famous cream teas!
