Step Inside ~
FIRST FLOOR: Jump right in! The oversized front patio is great for taking in the water views and relaxing awhile.
- As you enter, you'll find 3 bedrooms on the entry level, 2 with ensuite bathrooms.
- There is also a cozy living room with a large over-sized sectional and a smart TV. Great for catching up with the game or taking a break from the heat.
- Off the living space, you'll see the entrance to the private pool, Adirondack loungers, and a grill.
- Full shared bathroom sits right off this living room as well.
- Bonus laundry room with washer and dryer combo lives on the first floor too.

SECOND FLOOR: Up the stairs you will discover a really special space!
- Step into your dream kitchen. The kitchen features high-end Forno appliances and abundant counter space. Perfect for large family style meals, or takeout from one of your faves.
- The space is also set up with two dining areas; a large table with seating for 8, and a breakfast nook with seating for 6.
- Kitchen Island Goals. Cozy bucket barstools are featured on both sides with a large farm sink in the middle.
- The main living area is a mix of beautiful neutrals and blues with plenty of space for the whole family. Two couches and chairs create a cozy, inviting space.
- As you pass through the living room, you're greeted with a second-floor balcony. Plenty of seating to unwind and take in the breeze (and the gulf!)
- Balancing out the second floor, there is a King bedroom with an ensuite.

THIRD FLOOR: The upper level of this home is a showstopper!
- The Primary bedroom has a lot to offer: private balcony, walk in closet with your own washer & dryer, seating area with smart tv, and the unique architecture provides a ton of character on this one!
- Primary spa en-suite - features a custom walk-in shower, a spacious soaking tub, and dual vanities, all designed for ultimate relaxation.
- The sixth bedroom of the home is an all star bunk room and rounds out the 3rd floor. 3 bunks with an en-suite bathroom are featured.

The Essentials ~
- We provide a starter kit of everything you'll need to kick off your stay: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry pods, and more.
- The home has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, coffee's on us!
- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen – We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- Beach gear: we have a wagon, beach toys, and beach towels. 2 chairs & an umbrella set up are complimentary with an option to add on additional during your stay.

Other things to note:
- Parking: 3-4 spots available to park in the driveway. There is also overflow parking on Crescent St.
- The pool can be heated for $50/day and may be limited during freezing temps. It must be on for the duration of your stay.
- Pool heat must be turned on or off for the entire stay (cannot be adjusted daily).
- Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.
- Please note: Pool heaters can generally only increase the water temperature by about 30°F above the outside air temperature.
- Pets: Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Construction: Please note, this home is located in a beautiful new community on Panama City Beach. Due to this, you may experience some construction noise during your stay.
- Wi-Fi: Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi in Panama City Beach. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service that may impact your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
