The accommodation has private parking, easily accessible from the street, and is just steps from the lake. Simply cross the street for a swim, a stroll, or even to use the two bicycles that the owner, Celestina, provides in the parking area. From the parking area, a staircase leads to the apartment entrance.
As you ascend, you gradually rise above the lake level and the panorama changes shape, transforming into a truly wonderful scene, which can be fully admired and experienced from the habitable balcony next to the entrance door, ideal for relaxing moments with a view.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by the warm and functional living room. To the left is a cozy table, perfect for dining, enjoying a glass of wine, or chatting with friends. To the right, you'll find the sofa bed, the Smart TV, and a door leading to the comfortable double bedroom, designed for ultimate relaxation. The entire apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi.
To the left of the bedroom is a hallway leading to the bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, and a large mirror. This hallway leads to the kitchen, which features a built-in tap with a microfilter, an induction hob, and all the necessary amenities for a wonderful and fully equipped stay.
The kitchen opens directly onto the back garden, a peaceful and private space furnished with a marble table and a terrace, perfect for al fresco dining, playing cards, or enjoying drinks with friends. The garden is also accessible directly from the exterior staircase leading to the apartment, not just from the rear exit of the kitchen, offering convenient and versatile access. An ideal solution for couples seeking relaxation, privacy and an unforgettable view of the lake, in one of the most picturesque corners of Lake Garda.
Upon arrival you will be provided with everything essential for a wonderful stay (toilet paper, soap, etc.).
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Guests arriving after 8:00 PM will be charged a late check-in fee of €30.
Check-out time is from 7:00 to 10:00. You can stay longer by asking the reception staff, who will respond according to the cleaning schedule.
