It sleep 12 with 2 queen beds and 2 Twin XL bunk beds as well as a large couch and an extra twin XL inflatable mattress. Enjoy a bonus game room with pool table, ping pong, and bar, plus a fully fenced backyard for relaxing or play. Comfortable, fun, and close to everything; your ideal Westfield home base :)

1. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A $1,000 fine will apply for violations.
2. No Parties: Unauthorized gatherings or parties with unregistered guests will result in a $2,000 fine.
3. Pet Policy:
- Pets are welcome, but please clean up after them. - A fee of $30 per unattended pet waste in the yard will be charged.
- Pets are not allowed on any furniture.
4. No Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes when inside the property to help maintain cleanliness.
5. Drain Use: Absolutely no pouring grease or oil down the drain to prevent plumbing issues.
6. Overnight Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
7. Damages and Maintenance: Report any damages or maintenance needs promptly so we can address them quickly.
