• Primary suite upstairs with walk-in shower and soaking tub
• Second primary suite on the main level, ideal for guests or multi-generational living

Every Saturday | 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Held at 9010 Chesapeake Ave from April through October, the North Beach Farmers’ Market features fresh local produce, baked goods, seafood, crafts, and small-town coastal charm — perfect for a weekend stroll by the bay.
Local Favorites & Beaches — North Beach Living
Situated just moments from your front door, North Beach delivers relaxed coastal charm and vibrant community energy. Spend sun-soaked days at the sandy Chesapeake Bay beach and scenic boardwalk, perfect for swimming, sunset strolls, and catching the refreshing bay breeze. The inviting waterfront also features a fishing pier, boat slips, and flower-lined paths that make every walk a pleasure.
When it’s time to dine or explore, local favorites are within easy reach:
• Enjoy fresh seafood and coastal fare at Hook & Vine - Kitchen and Bar or Neptune's Seafood Pub.
• Sip local wine and artisanal cheeses at the acclaimed Vaughan Cheese Counter & Bar or unwind at The Wheel House Beer Garden.
• For casual meals with local flavor, try tacos at Plaza Mexico or classic bites at Ketch 22 and Chesapeake Market & Deli.
• Start your day with coffee and treats from the bakist, or grab local produce and goods at the seasonal farmers market.

We provide 2 complimentary beach passes with your stay! Each beach pass allows entry for up to 5 guests, making your beach days even easier and more convenient.
Please note: beach passes must be returned upon check-out. Lost or missing passes will incur a $100 replacement fee.
Other things to note
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
