Fully equipped 38 m² apartment, very well appointed, located on the 3rd and last floor with elevator. Breathtaking view of the pool and the sea from the balcony. In a beautiful secure residence with private parking.
A snack/bar open from April to October. Presence of a thalassotherapy establishment in the neighboring residence. A stone's throw from the beach and shops.
IMPORTANT: there is a 50€ cleaning fee to be paid on site directly to the people who will welcome you.
FYI: the apartment does not have a washing machine, but there is a laundry room in the residence for a fee
NOTE: We love families, but unfortunately this apartment is not suitable for young children.
