"rustico" cottage "Cascina Ulivi", surrounded by trees. Above Cremia, in the hamlet Costa, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 3 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: property 1'000 m2, terraced garden with trees. 150 m long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road, ramp). Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking at 150 m. Grocery 1.2 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 1.3 km, bus stop 3 km, pebble beach "San Vito" 3.3 km. Marina 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Museo della Barca Lariana, Chiesa di S.Martino, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Sasso di Musso- Chiesa Santa Eufemia, Chiesa San Domenico-Cremia, Rifugio La Canua. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. Access via a steep concrete ramp (approx. 180m wide) plus a short gravel path, not suitable for low-suspension cars. Small cars can be parked 20m from the house while the others about 150m.

Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Wood stove in the corridor of the raised ground floor. Alles prima: Super Blick auf den Lago, gute Kochmöglichkeit, Einrichtung ansprechend, schöne Terrasse, Schmale Wendeltreppe kann umgangen werden, weil man auch von Außen in die unteren Räume gelangt, sehr gut geeignet für Hundeferien, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.Einziger Schwachpunkt: leider keine Mückengitter vorhanden, somit keine erholsamen Nächte. Reisetipps: Alimentari und See sind mit etwas Einsatz auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unten erwartet einen die herrliche Bar direkt am ehemaligen Schiffsanleger!Tolle Uferwege in Richtung Norden mit schönen Badestellen.Völlig unkompliziert, den Hund überall mit hinzunehmen, eine wahre Freude!
