The villa features two floors with rustic décor and modern comforts. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient guest toilet. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and fun, offering a private swimming pool, a covered dining terrace, a bocce court, and a play area with swings and a trampoline. Two bicycles are also available for guests who wish to explore the scenic surroundings.
Set in an ideal location, the villa is only a 15-minute drive from Lake Vrana Nature Park and 20 minutes from the famous Krka National Park. The coastal town of Pirovac is nearby, and both Zadar and Split are within 45 minutes.
