Set in the peaceful village of Stankovci, just 14 km from the nearest beach, this elegant holiday home offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and modern luxury. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, the villa features a large private swimming pool, an inviting jacuzzi, and panoramic views of the green landscape. Ideal for families or a group of friends, it can accommodate up to 8 guests in style and tranquility.
The 300 m² villa is spread across two floors, combining sleek contemporary design with high-quality furnishings. The ground floor includes a spacious living and dining area filled with natural light, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and access to a covered terrace with a dining area perfect for al fresco meals. Upstairs, you’ll find four air-conditioned bedrooms with flat-screen TVs, including a master suite with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. There are three modern bathrooms in total, as well as a laundry room and guest toilets.
Outside, guests can unwind by the large pool, relax in the jacuzzi, or enjoy dining in the charming tavern with a second kitchen, barbecue, and seating area. The fenced garden also offers sun loungers, bicycles, and a children’s playground, making it ideal for both relaxation and recreation. With National Park Krka, Nature Park Lake Vrana, and the coastal town of Pirovac all within a short drive, this villa offers the perfect base for exploring Dalmatia’s countryside, coast, and culture while enjoying luxurious comfort.
