About this apartment rental
Surprise your group with double the privacy and space. Two separate 2-bedroom apartments, each with its own kitchen, laundry, and balcony. Whether your group wants to split into early birds and night owls, this setup lets everyone win. Why settle for cramming into one space when you can have two fully independent homes under one booking?
Spread out in two separate apartments, perfect for bringing everyone together without stepping on each other’s toes. Ideal for groups or families of up to 12.
• These are two separate condos within a timeshare-style complex.
• There are multiple buildings in this apartment complex. While we will do our best to keep you close to each other, in the worst case, it may be in a different building.
Here’s what you’ll find in each apartment:
- 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms – no fighting over showers or snore-free zones.
- Flexible bedding, offering:
• 1 King bed in the primary bedroom
• 1 Queen bed or 2 twin beds in the second bedroom—whichever is available for your dates. This timeshare condo has multiple two-bedroom units, some with a Queen bed and others with twin beds. No matter what, you’ll have a comfy spot to unwind after a day of fun.
• Murphy bed in the living room
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Your home-cooked meals are just a few steps away with a fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and all the essentials.
- Washer/dryer: No more wet swimsuits on the balcony.
- Private balcony – perfect for family brunches.
• Each unit accommodates up to 6 guests
Please note: While our condo is conveniently located just steps from the beach, the units do not offer an ocean view.
•Some units require stairs; not all have elevator access
Located just 1/4 mile from the stunning Kamaole-1 Beach, our 2023-renovated apartments in Kihei let you live the island life without the island hassle.
As part of a professionally managed timeshare complex, you’ll enjoy:
- A refreshing pool when the ocean feels too adventurous.
- A soothing hot tub for after-sunset relaxation.
- A fully equipped gym—because beach muscles don’t build themselves.
- Luggage storage and poolside restrooms to start the vacation before check-in even begins.
While these resort perks are shared, your two private suites are all yours. And when you do venture out, you’re within a half-mile of:
- Local shops and restaurants
- Food trucks serving fresh island eats
- Lively farmers' markets
- And of course, those postcard-worthy beaches.
Other things to note
- The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in.
- Since two units are assigned, two guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary guest listed as well.
- The apartments are located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit, and the exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.
- The two units may be in different buildings depending on availability. We will do our best to keep you as close together as possible.
- Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy.
- Stairs may be required as not all units are on the ground floor or have elevator access.
- We share this island with critters. While we treat the apartment monthly for pest control, you may occasionally see a roach or a gecko. These are harmless and do not entitle guests to refunds, but please let us know if you see more than one so we can call our technician. If coming across a critter will cause you to feel stress, unmanageable fear or cause you to empty the property, we suggest you do not book our property or another property on the Hawaiian Islands.
- This is a timeshare property, and guests are NOT obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation. Attending a presentation is entirely optional, and should a salesperson approach you, we recommend politely declining their invitation.
