    I book the property because there is a pool. Upon check in, I found out that it is still under maintenance. Otherwise, I could’ve chosen a more affordable hotel near the airport. The breakfast is also disappointing. I still have to walk few more steps to 7 eleven to have a proper meal. You need to stop offering breakfast rates if you cannot deliver a hotel level breakfast service. The AC is also not cold. It can only be adjusted to Hi-Fan mode. It seemed like it is centralized. So the temperature in the corridor is just the same as in my room.

    The staff were very friendly, and the service was excellent. I accidentally left my bag at the hotel, which contained my passport, cash, and other important belongings. The hotel staff kept everything safe and made sure my luggage was delivered to me in Pattaya. I truly appreciate their honesty and outstanding support. The rooms are new, clean, and well maintained. A refundable security deposit is required at check-in, which is returned during check-out without any issues. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a good-quality hotel near the airport at a competitive price. I would definitely recommend staying here.

    First, despite advertising airport transfer, they don’t actually offer it. The front desk staff admitted they’ve flagged this to management multiple times due to repeated guest complaints. Also, although it’s listed as an “airport hotel,” it’s hard to get transportation to/from since it’s not in the city , staff said it takes about 30 minutes to get a taxi. My Bolt driver said the same thing when dropping me off, and even asked why I’d chosen to stay there, warning that I’d struggle to find a taxi from that area. I ended up checking out at 11:30am, worried I wouldn’t be able to get a taxi in time for my 4pm flight. Second, the room I was first given had no power. After I complained, they moved me to another room but when I walked in, the lights and AC were already on, which felt off. On top of that, the hotel was generally filthy: there was water leaking in the lobby, and the hallways were dirty with trash lying around. Honestly, this felt more like a zero-star property. Worst experience ever. If you’re booking this expecting it to be close to the airport, you’re in for a shock.
