Vila da Praia A5 - 2 bedroom apartment by the beach

This apartment is located within Vila da Praia, with beautiful sea views and the beach easily accessible on foot, without needing to cross roads. There is also a large shared swimming pool, usually heated from May to September, available for our guests' use. Upon entering the apartment, you will find a spacious entrance hall. Just ahead is the living and dining room, a very spacious area with two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and fireplace, and a dining table for 6 people and 3 high chairs. Large French doors give access to the terrace overlooking the pool, with a dining table for al fresco meals. Through the dining area, you can access the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is also an ironing board, iron and hairdryer available. Through the hallway you will find the two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to the living room balcony; the second bedroom, next to the entrance, has 2 single beds and access to the bathroom in the hallway. Vila da Praia is situated at the far end of the Praia d'el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, a beautiful area inspired by the local medieval village of Óbidos, built on a hillside with narrow paths opening onto squares filled with flowers, fountains and palm trees. The beach and the 5-star Marriott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants are very close. The tennis club is a 5-minute drive away, and the club and first tee are about a 3-minute drive or a 30-minute walk. Our office is 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available for any situation that may arise. Arrivals are made in person at our office and a member of our team will accompany you to the property. Praia D'El Rey is a development with an 18-hole golf course, tennis, a Marriott Hotel and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf lovers, it's a perfect location, as there are 3 more golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima and Baleal that are excellent for this activity. A car is necessary to travel to and from the resort. Free Wi-Fi is available for the exclusive use of the property. Bed linen and towels included. Central heating not included from November to March, charged according to meter readings upon arrival and departure. Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are required after 10:00 PM. Arrivals between 9:00 PM and midnight are subject to a supplementary fee of €25. Arrivals after midnight are subject to a supplementary fee of €50.
