About this apartment rental
The farmstead, to which the vacation rental belongs, is idyllically situated in a nature reserve in the immediate vicinity of the Flensburg Fjord. Meadows, fields, and old fruit trees line the hilly Meiereistraße, which is part of the village of Dollerupholz (Westerholz).
The farm covers a total area of approximately 3,500 square meters. Adjacent to the main house is the barn, which has been converted into living space. There are also several outbuildings on the property that were formerly used as workshops, as well as an active pottery studio. The natural garden captivates with its rustic charm and the running ducks that are curious residents
The property management office is located on the first floor of the main house. The vacation rental is located on the first floor. The separate entrance leads up an outdoor staircase and onto the approximately 15-square-meter rooftop terrace, which offers a great view of the surrounding landscape. Guests are welcome to use the garden area in front of the vacation rental.
The modern, open-concept duplex apartment spans two floors. The light-filled entryway offers ample storage space for coats and jackets. The heart of the apartment is the spacious and inviting living-dining-kitchen area, which is perfect for social gatherings. The high-quality kitchen, featuring modern appliances and a granite countertop, leaves nothing to be desired. Home cooks will be particularly delighted by the kitchen island with its extra-large induction cooktop. Of course, a dishwasher is also included.
The dining table offers plenty of space for the whole family. While enjoying breakfast together, you can watch the rabbits and deer in the field from there. The high-quality leather sofa set is perfect for cozy movie nights.
The spacious shower room has also been freshly renovated and exudes modern charm.
The master bedroom features a double bed (160 cm) and a large closet.
A space-saving staircase leads to the attic, which extends across the entire apartment. Up here, there are three additional sleeping areas. An extra bed can be added to accommodate a fourth person.
