About this house rental
The vacation home has been awarded a 4-star rating by the German Tourism Association. It is a thatched-roof semi-detached home in a central location, just about an 8-minute walk from the beach. The property covers an area of approximately 263 m², and the living area is approximately 103 m².
The house is strictly non-smoking and features high-quality, modern amenities, including underfloor heating on both the first floor and upper floor, as well as a furnished wooden deck (approx. 15 m²) facing southeast. Some windows are equipped with insect screens.
On the first floor, there is a spacious kitchen area with a dining table for 6 people, equipped with an open-concept kitchen, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher. A cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV (80 cm), as well as a stereo system with a radio and Wi-Fi, round out the amenities. There is also an utility room with a washer and dryer, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
Upstairs, there is another living area with a corner sofa and an armchair, as well as a “Panasonic” flat-screen TV (94 cm). The bedroom features a double bed (approx. 1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a built-in safe. There is also a bathroom here with a walk-in shower, toilet, towel warmer, and an infrared sauna for two people (with underfloor heating).
In the attic, there is an open loft with two sleeper chairs (approx. 0.90 m x 2.00 m) as well as a bedroom with two single beds (approx. 0.90 m x 2.00 m). A bike shed and two parking spaces are also available.
