    No lift, the toilet downstairs is a little bit dirty near to their laundry area , the worst is when I showered the water did stopped flowing and they don’t have free towels you need to rent but when I want to rent they say no available towels , how can I showered without towel? What I did is I take my handkerchief and that’s the one I did dried up my body And for my hair I used the blower to make it dry, and the bedsheet they didn’t changed and it’s so itchy . some staff are not friendly they are sarcastic .
