About this house rental
A dog friendly holiday cottage in St Davids, Pembrokeshire. Ysgubor holiday cottage is located on a working family farm. A half mile walk across the farmer's land takes you to the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coastal Path that runs along the rugged high cliffed coast of the northern edge of the beautiful St Davids peninsula. The cottage is also close to Blue Flag rated Whitesands beach.
Ground Floor
Ysgubor dog friendly holiday cottage has a large kitchen/dining room and a ‘family sized’ table that will seat six people in comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas hob with extractor fan above, electric oven and grill, microwave, kettle and toaster ,integrated larder fridge with separate freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is ample crockery, cutlery and glassware (even picnic ware!) plus pots and pans and a variety of kitchen tools.
The living room has one 3 seater sofa, one 2 seater and a recliner armchair with footstool. Flat-screen television with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio/cassette player plus a good selection of books and games. Ysgubor holiday cottage in St Davids retains some original features and is decorated with works by local artists and art depicting the local area.
Upstairs
Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom
Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom
The bathroom is located between the bedrooms and has tiled walls and floor, a bath with overhead pressurised shower, W.C. and wash-hand basin.
Garden
Private, fully enclosed patio area with wooden picnic table and chairs, shallow steps lead to a grassed area with clothes drying line.
Guests staying at Ysgubor holiday cottage in St Davids are welcome to walk through the farm's land to join the path, just three fields away. There is also a farm pond.

Cot and highchair can be provided on request (please bring your own cot bedding).
2 dogs are welcome. Additional dogs may be accepted by prior arrangement. Pets are free of charge.
Ysgubor adjoins Ty Blawd cottage and both can be booked to accommodate up to 8 people.
Please note due to sloping roof over bath(see photo), it may not be suitable for very tall people.
Cottage is approached by farm track. This is fine for general cars but not suitable for low sports cars.
