About this cottage rental
As soon as you step into this barn conversion you’re greeted by its character and charm. The open-plan, double-height living area is filled with light with huge patio doors and floor-to-ceiling windows. Curl up on the sofa and read a book, looking out into the garden beyond. Cook up a storm in the contemporary kitchen and dine around the large table, or head outside for some al fresco dining. When it’s time for bed, move through to the ground-floor twin room or go upstairs along the fantastic glass walkway to the other two bedrooms; both have tranquil neutral decor to promote a good night’s sleep, but be aware of the low wooden beams!
Make sure you visit the renowned Thursford Collection (1 mile) where you’ll vintage fairground rides and steam engines; nearby Thursford Wood (3 miles) is great for a walk. Children will love Pensthorpe Natural Park (7 miles), where the WildRootz adventure playground has plenty to keep them entertained, or you could visit Holt Country Park (8.5 miles). A boat trip with Bishop’s Boats Seal Trips (9.5 miles) is well worth it to spot seals basking on Blakeney Point, or you could set sail on Lucy Lavers, a boat used in the Dunkirk evacuations, for a bit of history from Wells-Next-The-Sea (7.5 miles).

- 2 bathrooms – 1 family bathroom with bath, over-bath shower and WC, 1 en-suite shower room with a shower cubicle and WC
- Electric double oven, electric hob, large fridge with icebox, dishwasher, combination microwave and washing machine
- Three well-behaved small dogs welcome, please be aware of our booking information regarding pets
