The property was beautiful, and perfect for our family gathering to see relatives in town. The access to the private beach was an easy walk, and the kitchen was incredibly stocked with all of the top end gadgets we could need! The beds were comfortable, and the gathering spaces wonderful. Communication with the host was superb- consistent check ins and helpful details leading up to our stay as well. Would absolutely stay again.

The house itself is perfect. Why I won't book it again because I booked this house on Feb 4 to check in on March 14 and only 2 days before the check in i got the message below: Just a reminder, here are our house rules:City Vacation Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Fines from 500 to up to 10,000 can be assessed to guests who do not comply.1. No parties. Any gathering deemed a party will be cause for a hefty fine and immediate eviction.The City has implemented these guidelines to conserve the integrity of the community and neighborhood. The City has given neighbors a direct 24-hour phone number and will call if they hear any disturbances or see more cars than allowed.My question to the host, you are renting the house to a group of 20 people, and YOU GOT PAID TO HOST 20 people, how come you tell me Any gathering deemed a party will be cause for a hefty fine and immediate eviction. Why didn't you put these house rules in the description of the house to be considered before booking? In restaurants, more than 4 people are considered a party!* Also, why are you not mentioning that you have cameras to monitor the gusts?Luckly, we didn't have any event during our stay to celebrate.
