About this house rental
Vacation bungalow with a terrace and large garden, especially child-friendly, quiet location, 5 minutes to the beach, completely renovated in 2021, max. 5 people + baby. The house is a guest favorite on Airbnb—now also bookable through Vrbo!
You’ll find 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a light-filled dining area with an adjoining terrace and a view of the greenery, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, an elegantly designed mini shower room/toilet, as well as a hallway and storage room. Wi-Fi 50 Mbit/s, satellite TV, books, games, children’s toys, and bicycles included.
The Accommodation
Feel right at home from the very first moment! This lovingly maintained and exceptionally well-equipped house is situated on a 350 m² lot in a very quiet location within the AIDA vacation park, just a good 5-minute walk from the beach. The living area of approximately 65 m² includes a bright, cozy living room, a light-filled dining area with a view of the front terrace and the garden toward the dike, 1 bedroom with a king-size double bed, 2 small bedrooms (1 with a bunk bed, 1 with a single bed—plus 1 Hauck travel crib available), as well as a kitchen, bathroom, and storage room.
Outside, there is a patio table with comfortable chairs and two sun loungers, as well as plenty of space for playing and relaxing. For younger guests, there is a playhouse with a play kitchen in the garden. A private parking space is located directly in front of the house entrance. All rooms are on the first floor, making it ideal for families with children.

Bicycle rental stations (→ e-bikes, bike trailers for children, pedal-powered scooters, handcarts, etc.) are located in the immediate vicinity. In addition, various outdoor play items such as a soccer ball, jump ropes, skateboards, a badminton set, sand toys, a wading pool, etc.

* The final cleaning fee of €85 is NOT included in the travel price but must be paid directly to the property management on site.
* Bed linens and towels can be provided as an option—price €18 per set, payable on site.
* Tourist tax for children ages 3–12: €2.10 (€1.00 in the off-season); ages 13 and up: €3.50 (€1.60 in the off-season), payable in cash upon arrival (as of 2026).

The house is located in a very quiet, spacious bungalow complex immediately behind the dike, away from mass tourism and surrounded by nature that invites you to take long walks or bike rides. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, cafés, restaurants, and the Aqua Mundo water park. Shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away on foot or by bike. The entire vacation park has restricted traffic, and a parking space is located directly in front of the house.

As a North Sea resort, Tossens has been a recognized health resort for decades, particularly for skin and respiratory conditions, and offers a variety of wellness and spa facilities tailored to these needs.
