    Location is good , rooms are clean and staff are well trained

    Hotel is ok but staff are totally un-trained, no one knows how to treat guests. Very casual during check-in and check-out. No restaurant, no room service. They have charged me for drinking water Rs. 50 per ltr. What's this? other than simply cheating. Agoda should be held responsible for these nuisance and they should bar this property from their list. My inconvenience should be compensated. Please take it seriously.

    it was a terrible experience even for one day the staff un cooperative ,no restaurant . when i aske for coffee they openly refused and totally a bad hotel and bad staff.
