About this apartment rental
This newly refurbished apartment in Edificio Silchoro provides guests with every comfort for that special holiday. It is beautifully furnished and spacious and fully equipped for every self-catering need. There is coffee shop/snack bar in the pool area, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink or a snack. Reservations for guests under 21 are not permitted.

Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive use of the apartment, accessed through a private entrance within the building. Access also to communal gardens and swimming pool.
Other things to note
- Touristic Tax Albufeira: between the 1st of April and the 31st of October, the council of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person per night for those over 12 years old, up to a maximum of 7 days. A link will be sent for this purpose so that you can proceed with this payment.
- Wi-Fi COMPLIMENTARY.
- Cot €30, highchair €15, pushchair €10 per week.
- Baby Bouncer FREE.
- Airport Transfers at €45 for 1 - 4 guests and €55 for 5 - 8 guests. FREE WIFI on all vehicles.
- We supply bath towels & bed linen. Please bring beach towels.
- We supply a FREE full change of linen & towel change for bookings of 9 nights or more. We will leave an extra set of towels in the property for you to change when necessary.
- If you require more cleaning or linen changes, please ask for a quote.
