A gem among gems, welcome to this 3000 sq ft paradise along the bluffs of the Mississippi. 10 acres of wooded and open private property are at your disposal.
Inside slate and wood flooring and the smell of pine welcomes you. You have access to 3 bedrooms with queen beds, a loft with 4 twin beds and two family rooms with a total of 3 queen sleeper sofas to sleep up to 16 people.
Please take advantage of a full laundry room with washer and dryer. Plenty of private parking with a carport, driveway pull off parking and more. As a unique add on, even our 2 car garage is available for your use featuring a 240v SAE J1772 charger with Tesla/NACS adapter!
The full kitchen with gorgeous Cambria quartz countertops and built in wine cooler have everything you need to entertain either in the full dining room or the outdoor sunroom both overlooking the river.
Please enjoy the dual gas stone fireplaces on both the first floor and downstairs walk out entertainment room that features 8+ foot ceiling and full windows to ensure you get the best views of the Mississippi no matter what floor you are on. When you are not soaking up the outdoor views in the hot tub spend time with family and friends with dozens of games and children's books. Not enough? The 75 inch state of the art Samsung smart tv with surround sound Dolby Atmos speakers and streaming with hi speed wi-fi should fit the bill.
The master bedroom is its own romantic getaway with a private bath, jacuzzi brand soaker tub, stone shower, heated floors and private balcony deck (with totem pole!) all to yourself. A second balcony deck includes a Weber Genesis grill as well as a beautiful sunroom with picnic furniture.

Outside you have access to a stunning fire pit in the front yard and a secondary portable fire pit on the back patio. There is also a covered front porch with patio furniture. Hiking, biking and some of the best fly fishing around are a short throw from the cabin. Effigy mounds national monument, Mount Hosmer Park, Goose Island Campground, Blackhawk county park, Genoa National Fish Hatchery, Rush Creek State Natural Area & Sugar Creek are all within an hour away. Hunting and wildlife abound including Bald Eagles, deer, wild turkey & more.
Paddle Boarding and Boating are also excellent Summertime options. Feel free to use our complimentary inflatable canoe or explore the area with our own river front trail head starting right from our own back yard!
