Cozy Adriatic Apartment for 4

There are holidays you remember - and then there are places that quietly become part of you. Positioned right on the seafront in a family resort hotel, this apartment delivers a rare combination: a private guest harbour, a private beach just steps away, and uninterrupted access to the Adriatic’s most beautiful daily rituals. Sun loungers and umbrellas line the shore for unhurried afternoons, while the marina below becomes your personal gateway to the open sea.

If you arrive by boat, your stay is as seamless as your sail. The property offers free mooring directly in front of the hotel, generous parking for cars and boat trailers, and a boat crane station roughly 2 km away. Simply notify the hotel in advance so your reserved mooring awaits your arrival.

Inside, the apartment is created for easygoing coastal living, offering a bright and welcoming living space that is carefully arranged with a double bed, TV for relaxed comfort. A well-equipped kitchen makes preparing indoor meals effortless, while a double bedroom and a modern full bathroom ensure a smooth, stress-free stay. Additional features include a furnished terrace, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and parking. Whether you’re returning from a refreshing swim, an afternoon of sailing, or a peaceful sunset stroll along the shore, the home supports a calm, unhurried pace from morning to night.

Beyond the property, the coastline invites exploration: hidden bays, island routes, snorkelling spots, waterfront cafés, and slow dinners where the only agenda is watching the sky fade from gold to indigo.

This is not just a stay - it’s Adriatic life, lived properly.
