About this apartment rental
The residence is located in the popular seaside resort of San Vincenzo on the Etruscan Coast, near the magnificent sandy beaches. It features a ground-floor pool (500 sq m) and a children's pool (Comfort Apartments), plus two rooftop pools (Superior Apartments). The apartments, located in three buildings spread over four floors, are furnished in a modern style (Comfort Apartments are approximately 200 m from reception). Each apartment has a terrace or balcony for al fresco dining. The long sandy beaches are just a 500-meter walk away.
The complex is situated in a residential area in the southern part of San Vincenzo. A side street leads to the town center and the newly built marina with its numerous excellent restaurants and shops. San Vincenzo has once again been awarded the Blue Flag for its excellent seawater. The long sandy beaches stretch along the coast all the way to the Gulf of Baratti.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). Railway line nearby.

Would book again without hesitation. Great value for what you pay, especially having both rooftop pools and access to the main pool area. The location near the marina was perfect for dining out without needing to drive far.

Appreciated the little microwave in the kitchen. Made breakfast so much easier. The proximity to the beach was a big win too, just a short walk. Good value for what we paid.

Would book again without hesitation. We loved the modern style of our apartment and enjoyed relaxing on the terrace. The pool area was spacious, perfect for a quiet afternoon. Being just a short walk to the sandy beach made it easy to enjoy some sun.
