    I stayed at Hotel OMG Inn, Darbhanga–Laheriasarai as a couple. I booked a Classic Double Room through Agoda, where the room listing indicated that an air conditioner was included. However, at the time of check-in, the hotel management informed us that the booked room was actually non-AC. Agoda responded promptly to my complaint and informed me that we would be shifted to an AC room within 30 minutes, but the room was ultimately not changed. That said, the non-AC room provided by the hotel was actually quite good and comfortable, so I did not face any major problem during the stay. The room had a Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video, the internet worked well, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The bedsheets, towels, and other amenities were also in good condition, and overall the room quality was better than I expected. My main concern is the mismatch between the Agoda listing and the actual room provided. If AC is not included in the Classic Double Room and is available only by paying extra, the listing should clearly mention this. This would avoid confusion and disappointment for guests at check-in. Overall, the stay itself was comfortable and the room was well maintained, but the room description regarding AC needs to be corrected/clarified.
