The modern kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook and dine comfortably. Enjoy a dedicated coffee bar stocked with starter premium coffee and tea, along with essential kitchen items including dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and basic pantry conveniences. A large dining table seats six comfortably for meals or game nights. And a booster seat for your little ones.

At Premier Oasis Rentals, our goal isn’t just for guests to feel “at home.”

The previous dishwasher worked perfectly fine… but it wasn’t quiet enough, so we replaced it. Both sliding glass doors were upgraded to quiet, tinted, heavy-duty models so you can enjoy the view without the noise.

We’ve refreshed all towels and bedding, added new high-top balcony furniture, and made sure the kitchen is stocked for real cooking - not just vacation snacks.

Lighting throughout the condo is consistent LED daylight, both bedrooms now have larger smart TVs, and we added extras like a Pack-n-Play and expanded beach gear.

There’s even a custom Welcome Screen on the main TV that helps you connect to Wi-Fi instantly, access our digital guidebook, and explore curated local experiences.

And yes… we even went through a toilet paper approval process before landing on a soft, name-brand 3-ply.
