I give this hotel 1 star.
The staff is very unprofessional and not customer-friendly. I checked in almost 12 hours after the official check-in time, so I had already used much less time than a normal guest. After the checkout time, I requested to stay in the room for just 2 more hours, especially since the hotel was almost empty. However, the staff refused and said the AC could not be used because it would increase their electricity bill.
The luggage handler had an extremely rude attitude and behaved as if he owned the hotel. He even refused to help with carrying luggage.
Overall, the service was disappointing, and the staff lacked basic hospitality and professionalism. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
