As a returning customer of Banquesta Suites, I am extremely disappointed with the decline in service quality compared to my previous stays.
I booked a Deluxe Room through Agoda, but upon arriving around midnight, I was initially offered an Executive Room, which was cheaper than the category I had booked. Only after I raised the issue was I provided with the correct Deluxe Room.
I had also specifically requested Room 304 or 404 at the time of booking, but my preferences were not handled with the same care and attention that I had experienced during my earlier visits. The previous receptionist, Priya, and her team were much more attentive and took customer requests seriously.
Unfortunately, my recent experience with the current staff and General Manager was frustrating. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, they seemed more interested in arguing than resolving basic service issues, including providing fresh towels, toiletries, missing pillows, or arranging a room change. I even had to wait until 3:30 PM just to change rooms.
The housekeeping staff were the only ones who made a genuine effort to help, including arranging the missing pillow from Room 405. Despite these efforts, I still did not receive a fresh towel on my last day.
The overall experience reflects poor coordination, a lack of accountability, and inadequate management. For a property that I had previously trusted enough to revisit, this decline in hospitality is particularly disappointing.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, improves staff training and accountability, and restores the service standards that returning customers like me previously appreciated.

It's good for stay with value of money if you coming alone or someone not family and you don't have such luxurious expectation it's good to go. Also newly opened mostly things are in good condition but sad part is cleaningness they need to work on it room and specailly bathroom some kind of smells and fly around the room.
