I recently stayed at this hotel as a guest. Initially, we faced some issues — the air conditioner was not working properly and the washroom was also not in usable condition. Both AC and washroom are very basic and necessary facilities for any hotel stay, so this was disappointing.
However, after informing the staff, they responded quickly and changed our room. The service and support from the staff were good and appreciated.
I would suggest the management ensure that essential facilities like air conditioning and washrooms are properly checked before assigning rooms to guests, so others do not face similar inconvenience.
Overall, the staff service was good, but maintenance needs improvement.
