This hotel rooms don't have any window, so no proper ventilation as well as weather it's sunny, raining, cloudy even day or night you don't have any idea when you are staying in this hotel room. The stairs from ground to this hotel reception is a life risk aassending. Transparency on basis of mentioned space and facilities available in this hotel room on Website and actual is complete fake. They are only good with making bread/omelette and bread/toast in break fast. If you are a person who like to stay in basement or garage you are most welcome.

This is our second time staying with Aksa. I love this place. Small but very convenient place with all the facilities you need. Thank you for the service.
But one small issue we had to face this time. Our package had the breakfast included but we were not informed about the breakfast timings when we were checking-in in the end we missed the breakfast and we could only had a chai instead. Other than that everything went smoothly.

I’ve stayed in few budget hotels in Mumbai but the experience at Aksa was the best. The staff was very helpful and the place was super clean and the place does look like the pictures that shows in the page. The experience me and my friends had was amazing. The hotel staff and the manager was very helpful and kind. They were very flexible with all our requests. They provided us with the best possible service… I will definitely come back again I loved the place and the service and the location is safe and very convenient. Best stay I ever had. hoping to go there again. Thank you so much for your service. 😊

The property has very small rooms and has a very uncomfortable entrance. The steep wrought iron stairs to get inside the hotel doesn't feel convenient or comfortable at all. The room size is very small then the description.
