    We booked rooms with kitchenette/washer and had an amazing stay! Superb location opp bustling dongmen street, rates were reasonable, rooms were clean, staff were warm and friendly. Missed the hospitality once we left for central shenzhen. Breakfast is optional

    Stay Duration: 3 days and 2 nights Room Type: Twin Deluxe Room Location & Transportation The hotel is located in Luohu District, in the south-central part of Shenzhen, just north of Hong Kong’s New Territories. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of fashion boutiques, street food vendors, shopping streets, and entertainment options. Laojie Metro Station is approximately a 7-minute walk away, making it convenient to explore the city. A McDonald’s and a police station are located right next to the hotel, and several food stalls and eateries are available nearby. Room Style & Condition The room features a modern, minimalist design. Overall, the actual condition matched the photos shown on Agoda, and we had no complaints about maintenance. Room Size & Bed Comfort We booked a Twin Deluxe Room. The room was reasonably comfortable for our stay, and the mattress quality was acceptable. We slept comfortably throughout our 3-day, 2-night visit. Room Amenities The room was equipped with a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a safe deposit box. Basic toiletries and complimentary mineral water were provided. The hotel also offers a Xiaodu AI assistant and a robot service for delivering mineral water, which adds a modern touch to the stay. Housekeeping Daily towel replacement and rubbish collection were available. The bathroom was very clean, with good water pressure. Air Conditioning & Noise Level The air conditioning worked well, with effective cooling and reliable temperature control. Despite our room facing the road, we experienced very little traffic noise and were able to rest comfortably. Wi-Fi & Connectivity We used an eSIM for internet access during our stay in China, so we did not rely on the hotel’s Wi-Fi. View, Lighting & Power Outlets Our room offered a city view. The lighting was sufficiently bright and practical, while the number and placement of power outlets were adequate for charging our devices. Elevator Service We stayed on the 7th floor, and the elevator service was satisfactory. We did not experience any significant waiting times. Check-in, Check-out & Staff Service The check-in process was fast and smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The check-out experience was particularly good, as the staff reminded us about items we had left behind. Family-Friendly Experience We stayed here as a family, including one elderly family member. Overall, the accommodation was comfortable and convenient for our family trip. Value for Money The hotel offers good value for money, especially for travellers who want to stay close to Shenzhen’s shopping streets, food stalls, and public transportation. Overall Experience & Recommendation Overall, CM+ Serviced Apartment Shenzhen Dongmen is a good-value accommodation with a modern minimalist design, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location.
