    The property is situated in old manali with icy cliffs from both sides. wee booked duplex studio with BF. in BF they served only 3 items and tea. everything else was chargeable. the hotel lacks hygiene as they hang dry the same towels from previous bookings and supply the same used towels to new guests. Our room didnt have fan bedsheets and pillows had hair from previous guests. pillows were super stained. The TV didnt work except for when we connected it to wifi. Wifi signal was weak and unstable and no stable internet was being provided. The food is awesome. They love to ignore their customers. Its not elderly friendly as the access to the hotel is through a rocky parking followed by Iron stairs (50-70 steps may be). Theres no free parking. one can get far better rooms and services for the same price. we booked through agoda and agoda did not co-operate with the complaints filed by us. we paid roughly 5860 for a night with BF. Avoid this hotel

    The hotel has a overall OK appearance, and there are definitely some positives. The food was good, and the dining area was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The rooms were decent and reasonably maintained. However, several basic amenities that guests normally expect were missing. No towels were provided in the room, and the cupboards did not have hangers for clothes, which was quite inconvenient. The biggest concern is accessibility. Reaching the hotel reception itself is exhausting, as guests have to climb three floors using narrow iron staircases. Families with children should be especially careful because the railings have large gaps, creating a serious safety risk where small children could potentially slip through or fall. If your room is located on the upper floors, the situation becomes even more difficult, as there is no lift. Parking is another major drawback. The parking area is uneven and covered with large stones rather than a level surface, increasing the risk of damage to vehicle tyres and wheels. Surprisingly, parking is also chargeable, despite the poor condition of the parking facility. Overall, the hotel has good food, a nice dining space, and acceptable rooms, but the lack of essential room amenities, poor accessibility, safety concerns, and inadequate parking significantly affect the overall experience. A considerable amount of energy is spent simply getting into and out of the property. Addressing these basic issues would greatly improve guest comfort and satisfaction.
