yung kumot basa pa amoy kulog tas downy, tapos yung bed ang kati huhuhuhu Amoy luma yung room, 2 lang din yung unan. At walang WiFi need mo pa mag bayad sira din ang blind curtain . Malaki sana ang room ang layo lang sa iba na na try ko may effort sa room para sa mga mag bobooked

Our experience with this property was extremely frustrating, from the check-in process to the room conditions. What should have been a comfortable stay turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. We booked 6 units: 2 units advertised as good for 3 persons and 4 units good for 4 persons. However, upon arrival, the actual units provided for the 2 bookings intended for 3 persons were only suitable for 2 persons. The extra beds also had no bed sheets or proper bedding, which was unacceptable. To make matters worse, one of our confirmed bookings was not available upon check-in, so we had to be transferred to another unit. Despite having 6 confirmed bookings, the property initially acknowledged only 5 units. The front desk questioned the reservation because it was booked under one person's name, seemingly confusing the number of people who made the reservation with the number of units booked. The staff should have properly checked the booking confirmation and prepared the correct accommodations before our arrival. We had to contact the host ourselves, and it took almost one hour to resolve the issue. This was a huge inconvenience and a very stressful way to start our stay. The room conditions made the experience even worse. The rooms smelled of urine and were not properly cleaned. After all the problems during check-in, we were disappointed to find that the cleanliness and preparation of the rooms were also below expectations. Overall, the experience was unacceptable. We encountered multiple issues: Incorrect room capacity: Two units advertised for 3 persons were only suitable for 2. Missing bedding: Extra beds had no bed sheets. Unavailable confirmed booking: Two booked unit was unavailable upon arrival, forcing us to transfer to another unit. Poor booking coordination: Only 5 of our 6 confirmed bookings were initially acknowledged. Unprofessional check-in experience: Almost an hour was wasted resolving the booking issues. Poor room cleanliness: Rooms smelled of urine and were not properly cleaned. Management seriously needs to improve its booking system, staff training, room preparation, and housekeeping standards. Guests should not have to deal with these problems after making confirmed reservations and paying for accommodations based on the property's advertised information.
