Little Vine Cottage in the grounds of Leeds Castle

We arrived on a very rainy day. The cottage was lovely and cosy. Everything there to make a cup of tea. Also snacks to have for breakfast. Not far to walk to Leeds castle when the rain stopped .

THE RAIN Something to place your muddy shoes in outside would have been helpful .

The breakfast basket was an absolute delight, very thoughtful even milk in the refrigerator.

This is very minor but a bathroom shelf would be very useful for guest’s toiletries. We had difficulty finding the cottage partly due to the fact we had just flown in from the US and then driven quite a way, we do feel directions could be improved . The road is not labeled ( not owners fault) , the road is a very tiny one lane making driving very difficult. When we entered the postcode into satnav it didn’t locater cottage, please better directions next time.

Beautiful well appointed little cottage. Very comfy, everything was there that could be needed. Lovely quiet location with a walk to views of Leeds Castle from the garden gate. A bonus was the basket of breakfast goodies and the dog treats. Excellent communication with host

Too small for two and a dog Nowhere to do hair and make up so we left them a mirror
