Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
Room on the perimeter was quite noisy at night with people walking by outside. If the room next door leaves light on over the door, it shines brightly into the room so would be helpful to have a dark curtain on door. Disorganized breakfast service due to them prioritizing a large bus group.

La grande disponibilità e gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Colazione abbondante e ben servita. Anche la cena ottima ad un prezzo modestissomo. Molto consigliato a tutti.
Le camere erano belle e comode, all'esterno, forse perché è aperto da poco manca qualche vaso di fiori o piante che renderebbero la residenza più accogliente. La WiFi andrebbe potenziata, ma comunque funzionante.

It is a new building with 17 rooms and an on-site restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was a bit small with no showe curtain to keep the water from plashing on the floor. The TV did not work properly. The food in the restaurant was badn either over-cooked or under-cooked. The chef definately needs re-training.
