The location was perfect, the bathrooms were v clean as was the whole apartment

The outdoor seats were quite uncomfortable and not very sturdy, bolts kept falling out of the back of the chairs

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The hosts were responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The location was great, everything was close by, and the walk to the beach was approximately 15-18 minutes. The view from the apartment was wonderful, and having air conditioning in every room was a huge plus. The apartment was a little difficult to find at first because taxis can’t drive directly to the entrance. You’ll need to walk to Parking Granados, which is right next to the building. If you’re renting a car though, it’s very convenient to park there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there.

But I would rate this place 4.5/5 for a few reasons. First, there was an uncovered wall opening in one of the rooms. We were traveling with a child and weren’t sure whether there were any live wires inside. Second, two apartments next to this one on the sixth floor are currently being renovated. As a result, there was quite a bit of construction noise starting around 8:00 am. Because workers were constantly transporting heavy materials in the elevator, it stopped working a couple of times during our stay. Walking up to the sixth floor wasn’t ideal, but thankfully someone came to repair the elevator within 4-5 hours each time.

We liked the property and the location was brilliant situated in the Old Town. The only negative was the communication regarding the location of the flat. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and collected the keys from a key box at their offices as arranged. Suitehomes told us the address of the property but the number of the apartment. we spent half an hour trying to find it . I rang the whatsapp number which I had been given and they did message back with apartment details within 5 minutes even though it was probably about 2.30 am!
