The location is right opposite the waterfall and the pub/coffee shop next door is just superb. The back garden was sunny all day and the house hade all amenities you could ask for (bar a bbq).
The blinds in the main bedroom especially the one facing a very busy road did not darken the room. At times it was very difficult to find a parking spot due to the tourist attraction which is the waterfall.
